I noticed you are looking for maps, so am I from time to time - to improve my skills... You have already found some of the best map-makers here but I would still like to point some more:
has some great maps and very simple tutorials (and by the way, draws the official maps for the Song of Ice and Fire books). 
has another style and has some really funny maps (to make your DnD games a little bit different)
